A lady doctor was allegedly raped in Frere area of Karachi.
Police registered a case on the complaint of the victim and arrested the accused.
According to the text of the FIR, the victim had befriended the nominee accused Yasir Shah, through a mutual friend named Zawar.
Main accused of gang rape on motorway arrested
On November 14, the accused Yasir Shah took the victim from her house in his car and brought her to his residence, where he allegedly raped her. The accused also threatened serious consequences.
The lady doctor was sent to Jinnah Hospital by the police for a medical test. Police officials said that further investigation will continue after receiving the medical report.
