Governor seeks performance report of SZABUL
KARACHI, Feb 01,2022- Governor Sindh who is also chancellor of the university has sought performance report from the Vice Chancellor of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto University of Law (SZABUL) on Tuesday.
Governor Sindh secretariat in its letter to the Vice Chancellor of the SZABUL Justice Retired Rana Muhammad Shamim said that it has come to knowledge of the Governor through reliable sources that state of affairs at the SZABUL are greatly disturbed due to your inefficient attendance and indifferent attitude towards fulfillment of duties as Vice Chancellor of the university.
The letter signed by the section officer of the Governor Sindh secretariat further said that since your appointment the university has not witnessed any development in academics, infrastructure, and nonscholistic activities despite the fact that you are highly remunerated.

The letter said that it has been further observed that since 2017-18 the SZABUL has failed to conduct any convocation which may demoralise the students’ fraternity.
IHC frames contempt of court charges against Rana Shamim
The letter further added that therefore the vice chancellor should furnish the comments in the matter along with the performance report of the university during his tenure.
