Election delay case: 4-member bench will hear today

ISLAMABAD, 31,2023- Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial along with the remaining 3 judges will start the hearing of election delay case again today after the 5-member bench was dissolved on Thursday.

The remaining 3 judges of the 4-member bench include Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan, Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel.

Larger bench of SC hearing election postponement case dissolved

Yesterday, Justice Aminuddin khan left the bench saying that the 3-member bench headed by Justice Qazi Faez Isa has decided that the hearing of the 184/3 cases should be postponed until the rules are made under Article 191 of the Constitution.

Justice Aminuddin said that the larger bench wanted to continue the proceedings despite the decision of Qazi Faez Isa, so he were rescued himself to hear the case.
