Classes at Shah Latif university to commence from August 23
Latif University admn defends process of Selection Board
KHAIRPUR 10,2021 – The classes at Shah Abdul Latif University will commence from August 23, 2021 as per policy devised by the government either physical or online mode.
This was decided at the 16th Meeting of Deans Committee of Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur presided over by the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto.
The physical classes will commence in two phases on the basis of rotation with 50% of ratio of students of B.S Part-I, and IV and B.S Part-II and III with the strict adherence of COVID-19 SOPs at Main Campus and Ghotki and Shahdadkot Campuses.

The process of filling of Examinations Forms of Failure, Improver and Absent candidates of First Semester 2021 will start via online from August 10 to August 12, 2021 while their examinations will be conducted from August 23 to August 27, 2021 physically. They will process their Examinations Forms through their concerned Head of Departments and Institutes.
It was also decided that the pending Examinations of B.S Part-I First Semester 2021 Morning & Evening and B.S Part-III 5th Semester will be conducted via online from August 20, 2021. The timetable will be prepared latest by August 13, 2021.
It was also decided that the results of First Semester 2021 will be submitted latest by August 20, 2021.
The Deans Committee opined that the Annual Examinations in future may be conducted during the Summer or Winter Vacations in order to save the precious time of the students. It was decided that all the Faculty Members may activate their official email IDs so the future correspondence and communication will be processed through email.
It was decided that all the offices of the Deans of the all Faculties, Directors, Chairmen, Incharges of all Teaching Institutes and Departments, Office of the Registrar, Controller of Examinations, Director Finance, Director Postgraduate Studies, Inspector of Colleges, Director Admissions, and I.T Manager will remain open wherein, the 50% of their staff will remain on present on their duties from August 10, 2021.
