Missing Persons: Sindh High Court seeks report from interior ministry
KARACHI, Nov 21,2023: The Sindh High Court has sought reply from IG Sindh Police, Sindh Home Department, Federal Government and others on December 15 in the case of missing persons.
A hearing was held in the Sindh High Court, on the applications related to the recovery of more than 15 missing persons .
Justice Nimatullah Phulphoto said that tell the IG Sindh Police not to make unnecessary changes of investigating officers investigating missing persons and in modern times trace missing persons with the help of modern devices instead of using traditional methods.
The families of missing persons have been going round the courts for years , he remarked.
The investigating officers told the court that the missing citizen Mushtaq belonged to MQM and had a personal enmity. Cases were also registered in different police stations.
