Karachi to face 165 million gallons of water shortage

KARACHI, Nov 21.2023: Karachi to face 165 million gallons of water shortage, according to Karachi Water Supply and Sewerage Corporation.

The spokesperson of Karachi Water Corporation has said that annual maintenance work will be done at Dhabeji pumping station.

He said that the repair work will continue from 9 am to 9 pm today.

According to the spokesman, during this time, Karachi will face a shortage of 165 million gallons of water, citizens should store water.

It may be noted that a 72-inch pipeline burst at the Dhabeji pumping station last week due to a power breakdown.
