SHC issues bailabe warrants of Secretary Services in Sassui Toll Plaza case

KARACHI – Jul- 01 -2021- Sindh High Court issued bailabe warrants of provincial secretary services in a case of corruption in the auction of Sassui Toll Plaza contract, here on Thursday.

Secretary Services Imran Ata Soomro appeared in the court.

The court directed to submit the report till the next hearing and adjourned the case till August 11.

The applicant said that Sassui Toll Plaza on Karachi-Thatta Road’s contract expired in February this year.

But it was illegally extended by the department till June 30.

Petitioner said the contract was due to expire on June 30, but no tender has been invited yet.

The court issued bail able arrest warrants against the secretary services government of Sindh.
