LAHORE, Feb 25,2022- The no-confidence motion is expected in the second week of March. The issues have been settled with PML-Q and Tareen group, analysts in Federal capital believe.
However a decision about snap polls is major hurdle in the no-confidence move succeed.
Pakistan Peoples Party and JUI have not only agreed to make Chaudhry Pervez Elahi the Chief Minister of Punjab, but also assured Chaudhry Pervez Elahi that they will get the PML-N agreed to it soon.
According to sources, discussions have been held with Shehbaz Sharif in this regard and he has asked for some time to respond. It is hoped that he will reply in the next two to three days.
Earlier, the PML-N was ready to hand over the PM’s post to the PPP, but now the PPP is of the view that if the Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi is given the post, then there is no objection to the PM position being with the PML-N.
Since there is consensus in the ranks of opposition for motion of no confidence against the Speaker of the National Assembly, Asad Qaiser, it is possible that the Speaker of the National Assembly will be from the PPP.

It is decided to file a no-confidence motion against the Punjab Chief Minister, Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and the Prime Minister, but according to the latest information, impeachment of President Dr. Arif Alvi is also being discussed. This is not far-fetched idea.
On the other hand, the decision on the foreign funding case is also likely to come in the first or second week of March. This decision could be very important and could potentially have repercussions on the no-confidence motion and so on.
According to sources, apart from the decision in the foreign funding case, there may be a situation where the no-confidence motion does not take place as the a significant number of members in the National and Provincial Assemblies PTI has settled the matter with PMLN. Currently this figure is quoted to be 24 members.. Some members of the National and Provincial Assemblies have decided to support Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi. These members also belong to the ruling party.
According to sources, it is suggested that these members of the ruling party should submit their resignations in the no-confidence motion to be called in the assembly session, after which they may walk out of the session or not. At the same time, the opposition may ask the Prime Minister to take a vote of confidence. Then it will be difficult for the Prime Minister to get a vote of confidence. But will the government allow all this?
It has already been said about the meeting that the renovation work of the National Assembly Hall is going on, therefore it is difficult to hold the meeting there. The Speaker of the National Assembly has also said that it remains to be seen whether the meeting of the Assembly can be held elsewhere or not. It is also possible for someone be absent on that day. But even then, there is a plan to file a no-confidence motion because it is a constitutional process and cannot be stopped.
Given the above situation, the government’s silence is also significant. As Defense Minister Pervez Khattak has said, if the opposition is active then we are sleeping. If the government is silent, then the only option might be for the Prime Minister to announce the dissolution of the Assembly as he does not have the confidence of the Parliament.
Since the Establishment is completely neutral, the government, through its agencies under the Prime Minister, should make large-scale arrests immediately before or before the date for convening a meeting to present the motion. In which some important personalities may also be included so that the issue of no-confidence motion etc. cannot be reached. But it will only create chaos in the country.
If the opposition before the motion of no-confidence against the Prime Minister moves a motion of no-confidence against the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and impeachment of the President and on the other hand a motion of no-confidence against the Chief Minister of Punjab. It is not only difficult but also impossible to overcome, but it is also clear that those who know the mood of Prime Minister Imran Khan will not leave the government until you take a step.
One thing is clear and even according to statistics, the situation will not remain calm. It is feared that the situation will not escalate into a political confrontation. However, the change in the system must be understood in all these situations, which many important politicians except one or two may not believe.
The real game will start after the fall of the present government. Many people are probably getting ready to go abroad.
