Nazim Jokhio murder: No objection to release of accused, Shireen Jokhio
KARACHI, Jan 13,2022- Five accused nominated in the Nazim Jokhio murder case, fled the court premises after the court cancelled their bail on Thursday.
The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Malir cancelled the interim bail of Police failed to arrest the five accused.
The accused included Saleem Salar, Mohammad Somar, Mohammad Ishaq, Dodo Khan and Mohammad Khan Jokhio.
Who was Nazim Jokhio?
During the hearing, the court in its order said that the case falls under the category of terrorism, the model court does not have the authority to hear the case of terrorism.
