MQM and BAP delegations meet
KARACHI, March 15,2022- In the wake of hectic political activities and lobbying for no-confidence motion, Balochistan Awami Party -BAP delegation met with MQM leaders at Amin-ul-Haq’s residence here on Tuesday.
Two parties are coalition partners of PTI led government.
MQM spokesman said that led by Dr. Khalid Maqbool the MQM representatives Aamir Khan, Wasim Akhtar, Aminul Haq, Khawaja Azhar, Sadiq Iftikhar attended the meeting.
Balochistan Awami Party delegation included Mir Khalid Magsi, Federal Minister Zubeda Jalal, Israr Tareen and other leaders.
Voting on no-confidence motion will be March 28
The meetings with all the political parties are underway on the current political situation, MQM spokesman said and added that it is premature to say anything, at the moment party was thoroughly assessing the situation.
Whether opposition or coalition parties, all meetings are part of the democratic process, spokesperson said.
He said, the MQM’s decision will be in line with democratic and public interest.
On Monday PPP leaders led by Asif Ali Zardari met with the MQM leaders and offered them key positions in Sindh government, if MQM supported the opposition’s no-confidence motion against the PM Imran Khan.
