Latif University gets Rs 3 million as research grant

Prof. Dr. Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto, Vice Chancellor, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur attended the cheque distribution ceremony held at Chief Minister House, Karachi.

VC Dr. Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto received the cheque of Rs. 2 Million, 1 Million and Rs. 90,000 respectively as Research Grant under “Sindh Research Support Program” from Syed Murad Ali Shah, Chief Minister Sindh and Dr. Asim Hussain, Chairman, Sindh Higher Education Commission.

Prof. Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Sindh for awarding research grants to the three research scholars/faculty members.

Dr. Ibupoto said that I am optimistic that in future the sizeable number of Faculty Members will avail this prestigious research grant from the Govt. of Sindh as well as from the Federal Government.

Prof. Dr. Noor Ahmed Shaikh, Dr. Mumtaz Saand and Dr, Amir Ali Mirbahar received the research grant under Sindh Research Support Program.
