LAHORE Sep 05,2021- A lady police officer was abduction torture and raped in Muzaffargarh while she was on her way to police station to attend duty.

IG Punjab Inam Ghani took notice of the incident of abduction, torture and alleged abuse of a lady sub-inspector.
IG Punjab police sought a report of the incident from RPO Dera Gahzi Khan while ordering strict legal action against the arrested accused.

Muzaffargarh police have arrested Kashif, accused of kidnapping a lady sub-inspector and allegedly raping her.
The lady sub-inspector was coming to Saddar police station in connection with a case where she was abducted.
According to police, the accused kidnapped lady sub-inspector in a car and took her to Chaman bypass in Muzaffargarh, where she tortured and raped her in the garden.
A police spokesman confirmed that the accused Kashif was arrested and the car used in the incident was also recovered.
A police spokesman said that a case of kidnapping, torture and abuse has been registered against accused Kashif in the city police station. DSP City will supervise the investigation of the incident.
