Decision on Nazim Jokhio murder case postponed
Judicial Magistrate Malir, Karachi postponed the decision on the challan submitted by the police in In the Nazim Jokhio murder case.
Nazim Jokhio murder case was heard in the court of Judicial Magistrate Malir.
The court remarked in the hearing that the decision to accept the police challan or not will be taken on July 16.
The police has recommended to exclude the names of 13 accused including MNA Jam Karim, MPA Jam Owais in the challan.
Final challan in Nazim Jokhio murder case submitted in court
Only three suspects have been named in the chalan by the police, while the police have removed the terrorism provisions from the case on the court’s order.
It should be noted that Nazim Jokhio was tortured and killed in Malir Memon Goth in November 2021.
