KARACHI, Jan 26,2022- The final challan in Nazim Jokhio murder case have been submitted in the court where in police have removed names of seven accused in Nazim Jokhio murder case.
Police submitted the final challan submitted in the court of Judicial Magistrate Malir.
According to the challan, the police have removed the names of seven accused from the murder case, including Muhammad Khan, Muhammad Ishaq, Saleem Salar, Muhammad Soomar, Doda Jokhio, Ahmad Khan and Abdul Razzaq.
Who was Nazim Jokhio?
According to the text of the challan, the accused Jam Awais, Jam Karim, Mir Ali, Haider Ali and Niaz Salar have been found involved in the murder.
According to challan, four accused National Assembly member Jam Karim, Mairaj, Atta Muhammad and Zahid have been declared absconding.
The challan filed in the court said that the accused Jamal had threatened to kill the complainant.
According to the text of the challan, a USB is with the FIA which will be submitted upon receipt.
According to the challan, Nazim Jokhio was killed inside the Jam House between 3 to 6 pm on November 3. No evidence of kidnapping or aiding and abetting the victim was found.
Nazim Jokhio’s widow alleges Jam Abdul Karim exerting pressure for deal
The challan submitted to the court said that kidnapping and aiding and abetting sections 365 and 109 of the Criminal Procedure Code have been removed from the challan while the clause of threatening the complainant has been added in the case.
The challan said that accused Mairaj informed the complainant about the death of Nazim Jokhio. Jam Karim through his employee Mairaj informed the police about the incident.
According to the text of the challan, the purpose was to show that Nazim Jokhio died during the altercation while 17 witnesses have been included in the case.
