Another lynching incident in Karachi take life of one person

KARACHI, Nov 17,2022- One person was killed due to public lynching near Abdul Rehman Goth in Hawkes Bay area of Karachi. According to the police, the accused involved in the incident has been arrested.
A person was killed by public violence on the alleged kidnapping of a child near Abdul Rahman Goth area of Hawke’s Bay in Maripur police station limits.
According to the police, the deceased was a drug addict and suffering from psychological problems and a person reported to the police that a person had taken his child and ran away. The suspect was identified as Hatem.
According to the police officials, the deceased Hatim was a resident of Abdul Rehman Goth and he had a quarrel with a person named Sher Khan. The deceased threw stones which hit Sher Khan’s little child, injuring him, stones also hit other people. On being stoned, Sher Khan and the people also stoned the victim.

According to the preliminary investigation, the deceased Hatem died due to being hit by a stone.
The people who tortured the deceased, accused him of the alleged kidnapping of the child.
The police have detained the head of the house, Sher Khan, and raids are being conducted to arrest other persons involved in the incident.
Two weeks back two employees of the telecom company in Machhar Colony fell victim to publc lynching. A case of registered against 15 people identified and in the case while more than 200 unknown people.
