KARACHI (May 18, 2021): Central Information Secretary Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarian and MNA Shazia Atta Marri has said,  what kind of revenge the federal government was taking from people by imposing load shedding in the scorching heat.

In a statement issued here on Tuesday, PPP Parliamentarian leader Shazia Marri said that people are worried about growing inflation in the country and further the torment of prolonged load shedding was also imposed on the masses.

She said that Karachi is in the grip of extreme heat wave while K-Electric has failed to provide electricity to the people.

Shazia Marri said that the government’s job is to provide relief to the people and not to aggravate their problems and added that Imran Khans can go to Nathia Gali to spend his holidays but where people could go in this extreme heat. She further said prolonged load shedding has made people’s life miserable. “After growing inflation and unemployment, people are now crying over prolonged load-shedding”, she added.

Ms Marri further said that federal government should immediately end this load shedding of electricity despite of making useless statements & government ministers should also focus on their incompetence.
