Wadera who is also government officer reportedly involved in violence against presiding officer and abusing him has been suspended.

Sindh Health Department has suspended the services of services of Ghulam Muhammad Junejo Assistant Account officer in grade 16.

The letter neither mention the reason of suspension nor any inquiry.

Video went viral in which on LB polling day Ghulam Muhammad Junejo is absuing presiding officer Ghanshamdas at polling station Majethi, taluka Islamkot, district Tharparkar.

Order issued by the Director General Health Hyderabad, said that Junejo’s headquarter during suspension period will be DG health office and he will be entitle to draw salary and allowances.

The doctors of Civil Hospital Mithi protested against the incident and observed sit in out side civil hospital. Later, the government officers at a meeting with election commission authorities also protested against in incident and expressed their reservation to carry election duties in the second phase of LB polls.

Reports said that Ghulam Muhammad Junejo was appointed in grade-1 in late 80s. Later he was promoted as clerk. In 2012, he was promoted from grade 9 to grade 16 and made assistant account officer in Tharparkar.
