Use of mobile phones by polling staff banned in by -poll
KARACHI: Provincial Election Commissioner has banned the use of mobile phones by polling staff during NA-249 Karachi by-elections.
According to the statement issued, only presiding officers will be allowed to use mobile phones.
According to the provincial election commissioner, male security personnel will not be allowed to go to the women’s polling station during the election for this seat of the National Assembly.
The by-elections on NA-249 will be held on April 29.
