The Supreme Court annulled the Sindh High Court’s decision to uphold the punishment of the accused in the Shahzeb murder case and ordered the acquittal of the accused.

The Supreme Court ordered the acquittal of the accused after reconciliation between the parties.

The Supreme Court has issued a detailed decision acquitting the accused in the Shahzeb murder case.

Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi wrote the 17-page decision acquitting the accused in the Shahzeb murder case in the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court annulled the Sindh High Court’s decision to uphold the punishment of the accused and said that reconciliation has been reached between the parties. If they are not wanted, they should be released from jail immediately.
