Renowned Indian singer and composer Bappi Lahiridied at the age of 69 at Mumbai’s Criti Care Hospital.

Bapi Lahri, who had been in the hospital for a month, was discharged from the hospital on Monday.

On Tuesday, his condition deteriorated and his family rushed him to the hospital in the presence of a doctor where he succumbed to his injuries.

Bappi Lahiri was known as the rock star of Bollywood. Bappi Lahiri was admitted to Criti Care Hospital in Mumbai due to a chest infection.

Bappi Lahiri’s doctor at Creti Care Hospital, Dr. Deepak, confirmed the death of Bappi Lahiri and said that when Bappi Lahiri was brought to the hospital, his blood pressure was low.

Bappi Lahiri’s real name was Alokesh Lahri, he was born on 27 November 1952 in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal.

Bappi Lahiri’s personality was characterized by his gold chain and sunglasses. The successful musician had also entered politics. He had joined the BJP in 2014.
