PTI Senator Azam Swati arrested Libel and PICA Act
Azam Swati's bail plea hearing postponed
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Azam Swati was arrested.
An FIR was registered against Azam Swati. He has been arrested by FIA Cybercrime arrested Azam Swati from Chak Shehzad’s farmhouse for his controversial tweets against institutions.
Azam Swati has been arrested under Sections 500, 501, 505 and 109.
The PTI senator had abused senior officers of Pakistan Army on social media.
It should be noted that Senator Azam Swati had used offensive words against senior officers of Pakistan Army.

He had said that I will use every legal and moral forum against these officers.
A case has been registered against Senator Azam Swati under the Libel and PECA Act.
FIA Technical Assistant Anisur Rahman is complainant in the case.
