PTI Jalsa: Private channels stopped from taking camera

ISLAMABAD, March 27,2022- The ruling party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) barred the private channels from covering the today’s Jalsa – rally at the Parade Ground in the federal capital Islamabad.

The DSNGs of private channels have been removed from the venue by the PTI. Cameramen of private channel are not allowed in the public meeting ground.

Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Farrukh Habib said that only state run TV could cover the meeting.

He also said that all private TV channels would have to take coverage facility from state run TV.
