No-confidence motion filed against PM Imran Khan
PM Imran Khan to address the nation today evening
ISLAMABAD, March 8,2022- Opposition members filed a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan in the National Assembly Secretariat.
Sources said that 86 members movers including the PML-N and the ANP, have signed no-confidence motion.
The motion was received by the National Assembly Secretariat staff.

Shahida Akhtar Ali, Maryam Aurangzeb, Khwaja Saad Rafiq, Shazia Mari, Naveed Qamar, Rana Sanaullah and Ayaz Sadiq reached the National Assembly Secretariat to submit the requisition session of the National Assembly and submit no confidence motion.
According to the rules, the Speaker is obliged to convene National Assembly session at least in thre days but not later than 7 days.
According to sources, the opposition claimed to have support of 197 to 202 members of the National Assembly.
