Nazim Jokhio murder: No objection to release of accused, Shireen Jokhio
Shireen Jokhio, the wife of the slain Nazim Jokhio, recorded her statement in her husband’s murder case and said that there is no objection to the release of the accused.
The case was heard in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Malir. The jail authorities did not produced the accused Jam Owais Jokhio in the court even today and took the stand that the accused is undergoing treatment in the hospital.
The Jail authorities presented the medical report of Jam Owais in the court, then the judge issued production orders to produce Jam Owais at the next hearing.

During the hearing, a report was submitted by NADRA regarding the heirs of the deceased Nazim Jokhio, which was made a part of the record.
On this occasion, Afzal Jokhio, the complainant in the case, and Shireen Jokhio, the wife of the deceased, recorded their statement in the court.
Shireen Jokhio took a stand that reconciliation has been done with six accused including Jam Owais, there is no objection to their release.
In today’s hearing, the victim’s mother did not record her statement due to unwellness, the court adjourned further hearing of the case till October 28.
