Justice Athar Minallah said that the young students of Balochistan are sitting peacefully, no one has gone to them from the federal government, this is the federal capital, and here the government should pay more attention.

Chief Justice Islamabad High Court said that in 2014, President Arif Alvi was a petitioner to whom the court gave relief, the federal government should provide the forum to the students so that they can make their voices heard, their rational profiling is also taking place. This is unconstitutional and very serious.

During the hearing, the Chief Justice of Islamabad called the Chief Commissioner Islamabad on the rostrum and argued that while he is in office this should not have happened.

Advocate General Khalid Javed Khan said that the cricket team of Australia has also stayed here, and added that there was law and order situation, such a big incident in Peshawar took place, even then this should not had happened. He said the case of the missing Baloch student can be seen. The students were sitting peacefully, so this should not have happened, I am sorry about that.

Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Athar Minallah said that the Prime Minister or a senior minister should go there, the court would not allow the voice of the students to be suppressed.
The petitioner requested to dismiss the case and also explain the implementation of section 144 so that it could not be misused.

The petition filed by Iman Mazari and others requested the immediately provide a copy of FIR and suspend further proceedings in the case.

They said that sealing of the FIR and not providing the copy should be declared as a violation of the law and all record of the case including FIR be provided.

In the petition, the daughter of Mazari Mazari said that the Baloch students were baton charged by police in front of the press club, then an FIR was filed against everyone, including her. She said she went outside the press club using the constitutional right to freedom of expression. The students went to the protest, where the students were protesting for the disappearance and for their rights that the police baton charged the peaceful students.

The Home Secretary, Chief Commissioner and IG Police Islamabad have been made a respondents in the petition.
