Health facility cannot be given equally to rich and poor

ISLAMABAD< May 17,2024: Coordinator for health of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Dr Malik Mukhtar Bharath said that treatment facilities cannot be provided equally to the rich and the poor in the health facility program.

Talking to the journalists, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s Coordinator for Health Dr. Malik Mukhtar Bharath has said that people who can afford it can get this facility by paying Rs 4500 per year.

He says that health insurance for the family can be taken by paying a premium of Rs 4500 per year or Rs 400 per month, the future of providing health facilities in Pakistan is related to health insurance.
Malik Mukhtar Bharath has said that the government’s job is not to run government hospitals, government hospitals should treat patients with health insurance.

He has further said that there are reservations on the data of Benazir Income Support Program, reliable data is needed.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s Coordinator for Health Dr. Malik Mukhtar Bharat also says that there is no shortage of medicines in the country.
