Haleem Adil Sheikh indicted in defamation case

KARACHI, Jan 17,202- The Additional District and Sessions Court in Karachi has indicted Sindh Assembly Leader of Opposition Haleem Adil Sheikh in defamation case of Provincial Minister Saeed Ghani.

The Additional District and Sessions Court heard the defamation suit filed by PPP leader and Sindh minister  for information Saeed Ghani against PTI leader Haleem Adil Sheikh.

Saeed Ghani has filed claims against Haleem Adil Sheikh and others.

The court has summoned witnesses on February 13 and adjourned the hearing of the case.

Provincial minister Saeed Ghani filed defamation cases against Opposition leader Haleem Adil Sheikh and Samas TV.

Haleem Adil Sheikh appeared before the court. The court has directed the concerned SHO to present it to the private TV authorities.

The accused pleaded not guilty.
