Karachi to experience another cold spell on Jan 22, 23

QUETTA Jan 17,2022- Another cold spell in Karachi is expected next few days. On January 22 and 23, the temperature may once again go into single digits.

A new rain system has entered north-eastern and western Balochistan. Quetta city is reported to be cloudy while strong winds are blowing.

Deputy Commissioner Ziarat Habib Nasir said that up to one inch of snow fell in Ziarat Valley.

DC Qila Saifullah Hafiz Qasim said that snowfall was also reported in Kan Mehtarzai, Kanjughi, Quetta, Zhob Highway, Kan Mehtarzai.

On the other hand, intermittent rains are continuing in the Pak-Iran border areas.

The Meteorological Department said that there is a possibility of rain and snowfall in most parts of Balochistan from this evening during another spell of cold.

There is a possibility of another cold spell in Karachi. On January 22 and 23, the temperature may once again go into single digits.

Director Meteorological Department Sardar Sarfraz said that the severity of cold will increase across the country this week and it is likely to rain in Sukkur and Larkana on January 21 and 22.

Karachi: Chance of hail with rain

Sardar Sarfraz said that there is no possibility of rain in Karachi at present but on January 22 and 23 the temperature in may go down to single digit again.
