Court pronounces death sentence to Zahir Jaffer in Noor Mukadam murder

ISLAMABAD, Feb 24,2022- Islamabad court has pronounced the verdict of Noor Mukadam murder case and sentenced convict Zahir Jaffer to death.

Additional and Sessions Judge Islamabad, Ata Rabbani Noor delivered the reserved verdict in the murder case.

The court sentenced the co-accused Jamil and Iftikhar both house staff of Zahir Jaffer, to 10 years imprisonment while the employees of Therapy Works were acquitted.

During the hearing, accused Zahir Jaffer, his father Zakir Jaffer and domestic helpers were produced before the court.

Judge Ata Rabbani ordered the police to talk to the accused and let them all go out.

Media, lawyers and outsiders were sent out side the court room on the judge’s orders.
