Sessions Court Malir granted interim bail to an accused Saleem Halar in Nazim Jokhio murder case
The accused in the murder case of Nazim Jokhio were produced in the Sessions Court. The court granted interim bail to the accused Saleem Halar nominated in the murder case and ordered him to submit bail bond of Rs 3 lakh.
Sessions Judge Malir also ordered the accused to appear in court on November 22.
Police said that the accused is allegedly involved in the murder of Nazim Jokhio. A case has been registered against the accused at Memon Goth police station.
Who was Nazim Jokhio?
Earlier, Chief Justice Balochistan High Court, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan granted security bail to Jam Abdul Karim, a nominated accused in the Nazim Jokhio murder case.
Six accused, including Jam Abdul Karim’s brother MPA Jam Awais, are already in police custody on charges of murdering Nazim Jokhio.
On the other hand, the two accused arrested in Nazim Jokhio murder case have confessed to throwing the victim’s mobile phone into a well 50 to 60 feet deep dry well.
Investigating officials in the case further said that people are prevented from burning garbage in the well so that mobile phones can be found in the well.
