10 employees of Sindh University suspended

JAMSHORO, Apr 17,2023- Sindh University administration has suspended 10 employees on the charge of protesting and rioting, while show-cause notices have been issued to 12 employees.

The spokesperson of the University of Sindh has said that there has been a loss of 2 crores in two days due to lockout, the point buses of students and employees were forcibly returned from the main gate.

According to the registrar of the university, salaries have been released today after giving 35% Eid advance to the employees.

Employer leaders say that we have not received the annual leave encashment yet, our protest will continue until the leave encashment is released.
