Tourist shuttle train service inaugurated in Quetta

QUETTA – Jul 03, 2021 – Pakistan Railways has launched a tourist shuttle train service in Quetta to promote tourism. The train service will run twice a week between Bostan and Kolpur railway stations.

DS Railway Quetta Division, Akhtar Mahmood Khattak inaugurated the tourist shuttle train service at Quetta Railway Station by cutting the ribbon.

According to the spokesperson of the railways, the tourist tsrain is being run at the request of the Balochistan government.

The train will run between Bostan and Kolpur railway stations two days a week on Saturdays and Sundays.

The train will leave Quetta for Bostan at 9.30 am, via Quetta to Kolpur at 11 am and then return to Quetta from Kolpur at 2.10 pm.

During the journey, the train will stop at Baleli, Kuchlak, Bostan, Spizand and Kolpur. The train fare is between Rs 20 and Rs 50.

Due to the operation of tourist train, Chaman passenger will not be operated for two days from today July 3.
