Suspect killer of police officer is son of ex-Deputy Commissioner

KARACHI, Nov 22,202- Khuram Nisar, the suspect killer wnated in the murder of police officer Abdul Rahman in Defense area of Karachi, is the son of former Deputy Commissioner.

According to DIG South police Irfan Ali Baloch, the home of accused Khurram Nisar is located near the crime scene in Defense Phase 5.

DIG South has said that the accused Khurram Nisar is a permanent resident of Sweden with his wife and two children, the second brother of the accused is living in Faisalabad with his family.

He said that the accused had left the car used in the incident at home and escaped in another car.

According to DIG South, the search is on for the vehicle in which the accused escaped, the houses of the accused’s friends are also being raided, the photographs and travel documents of the accused have been provided at the airports as well.

The police officers had said in the statement regarding the incident that the accused was trying to force a girl to sit with him.

DIG South Irfan Ali Baloch says that the investigation is going on to confirm this first position of police officials.
