SHC ordered to stop salary of Chief Secretary Sindh

KARACHI, Mar 22,2023- The High Court of Sindh –SHC ordered to stop the salary of Chief Secretary Sindh Sohail Rajput for not obeying the orders.

There has been progress in the petition filed in the Sindh High Court against the Sindh government for non-payment of 58 crores in the contract of a private company.

The Sindh High Court directed the AG Sindh to freeze the salary of the Chief Secretary and submit a report.

The Irrigation Department has not paid the dues of 1 billion rupees to Ashraf D. Baloch Company.

The private company filed a petition in the Sindh High Court for non-payment of dues, on which the Sindh High Court sought a report from the irrigation department and ordered them to pay the dues.
