BISP: Quarterly payments start for deserving women

The Benazir Income Support Program – BISP has increased the amount of Benazir Kafalat for nearly 9 million deserving women across the country.

The government has increased this installment from Rs 7000 to 8500. For these scholarships, the government of Pakistan has allocated a huge amount of Rs73.8333.

Along with this Benazir sponsorship amount, an installment of Benazir education scholarships has also been released.

Families whose children are already registered and whose school attendance is more than 70% will also be able to receive these scholarships.

These amounts are being given to the beneficiaries of Islamabad, Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan through Habib Bank ATM machines and appointed agents.
