Shahbaz Gill sent to jail on judicial remand

Further allegations of trespassing, negligence, helping to erase evidence of torture by ordering physical remand in the absence of the accused and affiliation with an opposing political party have been leveled in the application.

It has been said in the complaint that Additional Sessions Judge Zeba Chaudhry sent the accused to physical remand on August 17 due to political influence, she should not have heard the case, and disciplinary action should be taken against her.
