Senate Committee proposes public hearing for South Punjab province

LAHORE Dec 02,2921- The Senate Standing Committee on Law and Justice, Chairman Ali Zafar proposed to hold the first public hearing for carving South Punjab as a province.

The proposal was presented at The Senate Standing Committee meeting.

In the meeting of the Senate Standing Committee on Law and Justice, Chairman Ali Zafar proposed to hold the first public hearing in South Punjab.  

Raza Rabbani’s constitutional amendment was considered in the Senate Standing Committee on Law and Justice, according to which if the bill is not presented in the first sitting of the National Assembly after the issuance of the Presidential Ordinance, it will be repealed.
