Virginia Roberts, the American woman, has filed a lawsuit against the Queen’s son Prince Andrew in a New York City court, alleging that Prince Andrew sexually assaulted her at Jeffrey Epstein’s house.
According to reports, the Queen of Great Britain is suffering from anxiety and severe pressure due to the lawsuit filed against Prince Andrew and allegations of sexual abuse.
In addition, Prince Andrew has been barred from issuing a statement of innocence by the royal palace following talks with the Queen.
Virginia Roberts is an American-Australian campaigner to support sex trafficking victims. She is a prominent and public victim of the sex trafficking ring of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
She created the Victims Refuse Silence, a non-profit based in the United States in 2015 and was prominently interviewed by American and British reporters about her alleged experiences of being trafficked by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
Foreign media reports said that in a December 2014 Florida court filing, intended for inclusion in the 2008 Crime Victims’ Rights Act lawsuit, Giuffre described being trafficked to Prince Andrew, Duke of York, at least three times when she was 17 in 2001.
She claims that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell took her to Tramp nightclub in London, where she met and danced with Prince Andrew and that later that night, while en route to Maxwell’s Belgravia residence, Maxwell instructed Giuffre to “do for (Prince Andrew) what you do for Epstein.”
In court documents, Giuffre claimed that one sexual encounter with Prince Andrew was an orgy on Little Saint James that involved her, several underage girls from Eastern Europe, the Prince, and Jeffrey Epstein himself media reported.
In August 2021, Giuffre started a lawsuit against Prince Andrew, accusing him of “sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.” The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.
