PTI rally causes loss of Rs 8 million to Greater Iqbal Park

LAHORE, 27,2023 – (News Agencies) Due to the rally of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, the Greater Iqbal Park of Lahore has suffered a loss of approximately 8 million rupees.

Small plants were destroyed, locks on gates were also broken by the participants in the rally. PHA has started a survey for the damage in the park and estimated the loss to be around Rs 12 million. However, the final report is awaited.

According to Javed Hamid, Project Director of Greater Iqbal Park, PTI had caused a loss of Rs 4 m during it previous rally. He further said that cost of pervious losses was not paid. This report too will be sent PTI leadership.

During the present economic situation as this damage to public property parks is considered a big loss.
