Protests in 86 districts against Imran Khan's disqualification

The Ministry of Interior has released the data related to the PTI protests in 86 districts of the country over the disqualification of  Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case.

According to the data released by the Ministry of Interior, 250 to 300 people came out at Faizabad Interchange in Islamabad.

According to data, PTI Lahore protested at Chungi Amar Sidhu where in 250 to 300 people participated.

50 to 60 people protested at Sutlej bridge in Bahawalpur area while 800 to 900 people protested at Pakistan Chowk in DG Khan.

Imran Khan’s disqualification in Toshakhana case: PTI workers protest across the country

900 to 1000 people came out on the streets to protest when the news of PTI chairman’s disqualification came out in Karachi.

According to the data of the Ministry of Interior, 1800 to 2000 people came out for protest in Malakand.

Karachi: sit-in outside the office of the Provincial Election Commission

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf held a protest sit-in outside the office of the Provincial Election Commission in Karachi.

Ali Zaidi, Firdous Shamim Naqvi, Mehmood Maulvi and other leaders participated in the sit-in. PTI workers raised slogans.

A contingent of police and rangers were also deployed at the Election Commission office, while the road leading to the Eection Commission and Passport office was closed for traffic.

Earlier, the police had stopped the PTI workers from blocking Shaara Faisal. A heavy police force was present on this main road.

The traffic police said that due to the protest at Qayoomabad Chowrangi, the flow of traffic was suspended.

After the Election Commission’s decision against Imran Khan, protests were also held in Peshawar , Multan, Gujarat, Rahim Yar Khan, Okara, Mardan, Swat and Nowshera.

PTI workers blocked the roads at various places.
