PPP eying seat of the Chief Minister of Balochistan

ISLAMABAD, Feb 11,2024:  After winning 11 seats in the Balochistan Assembly, the Pakistan People’s Party is eyeing the seat of the Chief Minister of Balochistan and Sarfaraz Bugti will be its candidate form the slot of Chief minister.

Former Balochistan Chief Minister Abdul Qudous Bizenjo lost his seat after which Sarfraz Bugti has entered the fray.

Sarfraz Bugti has emerged as a strong candidate for Chief Minister of Balochistan. Sarfaraz Bugti had joined the PPP a few days before the election.

Sarfaraz Bugti has served as Home Minister in caretaker government. Sarfaraz Bugti was earlier involved in Balochistan Awami Party.
