Pakistan Petroleum Dealers Association has announced a nationwide strike from tomorrow i.e Thursday.

Secretary Petroleum Dealers Association Noman Butt said that petrol pumps across the country including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir will remain closed from 6 am on November 25.

Secretary Noman Butt said that the government has not accepted our demands, there will be no talks with the government until the dealer margin is fixed 6%. 

Noman Butt said that the government had assured to accept the demands but no contact has been made so far. After the government assurance, the call for strike on November 5 was also withdrawn.

Secretary Noman Butt further said that petrol pump owners across the country have been asked to keep the pumps closed from 6 am tomorrow.

 On the other hand, Pakistan State Oil says that all our petrol pumps across the country, which are owned and operated by the company, will remain open and operate as usual.
