The Islamabad High Court declared the NAB summon notice of PTI Chairman Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi against the law in Toshakhana NAB investigation.
The court gave a verdict on the petition of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi against the NAB summons notice.

The court has declared that NAB’s call-up notices have no legal status.

The court remarked that the notices of February 17 and March 16 are not in accordance with the law, needless to say that according to the law NAB is free to issue fresh notices.
The court said that according to the law there is no restriction on NAB to send new notices, the rules for sending notices in Rukhsana Bangash case have been decided.
The Islamabad High Court while giving remarks said that in the notice it must be stated whether someone has been called as an accused or as a witness, the nature of the allegations, the name and address of the complainant must also be stated in the notice. I have to write.
