LHC allows Shahbaz Sharif to go abroad for treatment

LAHORE: The High Court has allowed Shahbaz Sharif to go abroad once on medical grounds. The court allowed them to go abroad for 8 weeks.

The Lahore High Court heard the request to remove Shahbaz Sharif’s name from the blacklist.

Shahbaz Sharif presented his return ticket before the court. Court allows Shahbaz Sharif to go abroad from May 8 to July 5

Earlier, the Lahore High Court had reserved the decision in the National Assembly on the request of the Leader of Opposition and PML-N leader Mian Shahbaz Sharif to be removed from the blacklist.

 During the hearing, Shahbaz Sharif said in court that I have been a cancer patient, I have to get checked up twice a year, US doctors have said that they should be treated in London.

He said that I have been under treatment for the last 15 years, medical board was formed on the order of the court in jail. The medical report identified new medical problems.
