Kandra porn film case: Actress bail plea rejected

Actress Gehana Vasastha’s pre-arrest bail application in Raj Kandra porn film case has been rejected.

According to media reports, the actress’ lawyer has said that her application was rejected, however, until we get a copy of the decision, we will take the application to the Bombay High Court. It is believed that actress Gehana Vasastha is on bail in Raj Kandra pornographic film case, but now another case has been filed against her by an actress.

Talking about his new legal case, Gehana said that she was facing this problem because she had raised voice in support of Raj Kandra.

She reiterated her position and said that she and Raj Kandra had never made pornographic films, it was just an allegation against him by the people and the police.

It may be recalled that Raj Kandra, husband of Shilpa Shetty and owner of IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals, was arrested by Mumbai police on charges of producing pornographic films.

The police claimed that they had enough evidence against Raj Kandra.
