Imran Khan’s focal person Hasaan Niazi sent to jail

ISLAMABAD, Mar 23,2023 -Duty Magistrate of District and Sessions Court Islamabad, Mureed Abbas rejected the police request for physical remand of Imran Khan’s focal person Hasaan Niazi and ordered to send Duty Magistrate jail on judicial remand.

Imran Khan’s focal person Hasaan Niazi was produced in the court on completion of 2-day physical remand.

Duty Magistrate Mureed Abbas pronounced a reserved judgment on Hasaan Niazi’s plea for further remand.

According to the registered case, Hasaan Niazi interfered with the government’s car, threatened the police, broke the barriers at the judicial complex and fled the scene. The incident took place when Imran Khan appeared in the court.
