IHC grants bail to Shahbaz Gill

The Islamabad High Court  – IHC granted bail of PTI leader Shahbaz Gill, in the sedition case.

Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Athar Minullah, while hearing the case of incitement to rebellion, granted the bail of arrested PTI leader Shahbaz Gill on a bond of Rs 5 lakh.

After the arguments of the parties were over, the court issued orders granting bail and remarked that no one should be deprived of bail unless there is concrete material.

The High Court also remarked in the hearing that the armed forces are not so weak that they can be influenced by someone’s irresponsible statement, but Shahbaz Gill’s irresponsible statement cannot be justified in any way.
