Husband indicted in Quratul Ain murder case

HYDERABAD, March 28,2022- Model Criminal Trial Court Hyderabad indicted the accused Umer Memon nominated in the Quratul Ain murder case.

Fourth Additional Sessions Judge Ghulam Murtaza Baloch heard the case, and the accused Umer Memon was produced before the court by the police.

The court indicted the accused in the presence of the lawyers. Accused pleaded not guilty.

According to police, Umer Memon had allegedly tortured to death his wife Quratul Ain alias Aini Baloch in Barrage Colony Hyderabad in July 2021.

The murder case was registered at the Baldia police station.

The complainant Asadullah Buledi brother of the victim alleged that his sister, mother of four, was beaten up and then throttled to death by Umar Memon. He claimed that there was a history of issues with Umar, who often subjected her to violence in the house.

A video came to the surface in which daughter narrated what she witnessed.

The suspect is a son of a former irrigation secretary and his wife, in her late 30s, said to sister of a forest official, and had done her MBA.
