Heavy rains kill 36 people in Sindh

Death toll rises to 36, who were killed in the heavy rains in Sindh province. At least 33 people, including children and women were killed, while many others were injured during recent spell of rain in Sindh.

The storm destroyed many houses, as a result of the roofs and walls of the houses collapsing. around 26 people died due to collapse of houses.

There were some drowning incidents in Badin district where in two children drowned in water pond.

In Badin two boys drowned in the rainwater pit near Chandia Nagar in the center of Badin city.

A young man Imran, son of Ramzan died due to electrocution while making shop wire in Badin city.

Three brothers and sisters were killed and three women were injured due to house collapse in Ghulam Qadir Mari village of Darya Khan Mari. The deceased were identified as Abdul Ghaffar, Sundus sisters Zahida and Shahzadi Bhutto.

Due to the collapse of the house in Azmat Dero village of Tharo Shah, a father and son were crushed to death, a buffalo and 10 goats were also crushed to death.

In Dadu, one person Dharmo Bagri was killed and three others were injured due to the collapse of a house in Dadu.

Misri Rajput and girl Asifa were crushed to death due to the collapse of two houses in Faizganj, district Khairpur.

A woman, Parveen Lashari, died due to the roof of her house collapsed in village Chanhain Suhag of Bhiraa Road, while in Nasrpur, an elderly person Mashooq Gharano, died due to the roof of his house collapsed.

A 6-year-old girl was crushed to death due to the collapse of the roof of a house in the village of Mian Sahib.

The wall of the house collapsed in Qazi Ahmad’s Sahib Colony, the boy Abdullah Arayen died and one person was injured. A child Shahida was crushed to death due to the collapse of the house in village Mir Muhammad Juno, while two children were injured.

A woman Gul Khatun died when her hosue collasped in Thal.

A 48-year-old Nagina Sarhiu and Surhio, 22-year-old daughter Shahrukh were crushed to death due to the collapse of the roof of the house in Rathodero’s Resham Street.

Aslam Ghorar died of suffocation due to the collapse of the roof of the house in Sojro Ghorar of Mehar district Dadu.

Rains floods Quetta-Karachi and National Highways in Balochistan

A woman Parveen Lashari died due to the roof of her house collapsing in Bhiraa Road. Ten people were injured as a result of the collapse of the dome of the Peeran Masjid in Naushero Feroze who have been crushed and injured, who have been shifted to the hospital.

A Boy Muzaffar Joyo died due to the collapse of the house in Siddiq Joyo village of Sindhi Batra.

A house collapsed in Mevo Chandio village near Kakar, where in youth Salim Chandio died.
