Following negotiations, the federal government and the banned organization TLP have reached an agreement.

According to sources, first the people of the banned organization will end their sit-in from GT Road and later the arrested protesters will be released after completing the legal formalities.

Observers see flexibility in PM Khan’s towards banned TLP

Sources said that talks were held last night between the government delegation and the leadership of the banned organization.

Sources said that the government delegation included Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser and Federal Minister Ali Muhammad Khan.

Saad Rizvi, head of the banned organization, was also present at the talks.

The religious leaders had also met Prime Minister Imran Khan yesterday.
